Transition Stirling is an environmental charity, based in Stirling, TS aims to provide a positive response to and secure our community's future from the effects of climate change, through advancing citizenship, raising awareness and encouraging action.
Our current projects include a Community Food Project that redistributes surplus food, a Tool Library that offers our community the opportunity to borrow tools, an events schedule that allows skills to be shared, an IT project that refurbishes and re-homes unused phones, tablets and laptops. The Wood Reuse project was established to give volunteers the opportunity to learn skills to make new items with waste wood.
Stirling Reuse Hub is focusing on providing sustainable and refurbished products to the people of Stirling. Our passionate team work to help the community reuse items and improve the circular economy.
