If you have been inspired by Veganuary (horrible word), improved over February and want to take your skills to the next level in March, then look no further. This workshop will show you how cheap plant based cookery really is. Using whole foods and real ingredients Nicole will show you how simple, low impact and most importantly how tasty a plant based diet is.
The workshop will be interactive and engaging and all ingredients and utensils will be provided, BYO apron. If there is a certain ingredient you want to use, bring it along. The workshop is open to all but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult - no experience necessary. The venue is wheelchair accessible, the counters are not adapted but the table where we will eat is. The doors will be open at 5:00 and we will start cooking as soon as we can, 17:30 at the latest. Please let us know if you are running late and/or if you need to arrive a little later.
