The height of the foraging season is almost here! What can you do while you're waiting for the spring shoots appear? You can gather seaweed (following strict travel guidance of course). Jayson Byles from East Neuk Seaweed will show you what you can forage and, more importantly, how to forage. We will look at safety, sustainability and preparation.

This workshop will show you a number of early and mid season seaweeds. If you live by the coast you can start collecting now; if you live a little further out then join in and get seaweed savvy for when we're allowed to travel. Watch this video for a preview.
