Polytunnel Workshop

  • Drymen Recreation Ground G63 0BW United Kingdom (map)

Join us in collaboration with The Hub G63 for a workshop on polytunnels. Polytunnels are much like greenhouses, but use sheet plastic instead of glass, and typically have a rounded roof shape. In this workshop, you will learn both how to erect a polytunnel and ways in which they can be useful for growing lots of produce. We will be making this one form a kit but there are ways you can make your own, and questions as such are welcomed.

No experience is necessary and everybody is welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

This event will take place on the Drymen Recreation Ground (56°04'05.1"N 4°26'53.8"W). The nearest post code is G63 0BW. Enter the Recreation Ground by using the footpath after the last house on the left as you are heading towards Stirling on the B858. Parking is at SPAR roughly 300m away.

This is an in-person event so please respect physical distancing. Sanitizer will be provided.
